Land Owners:  See us before you buy or sell.  With over 30 years experience in the area, we can provide you with expert advice concerning your transaction.  Remember, it is up to the buyer to protect themselves.  We are usually the last contact before the sale, when we should be the first!   There is no substitute for experience. 

We record all boundary surveys in the Register of Deeds for your protection.   When looking for surveying services, be sure to ask about recording your survey.  Click here to find out what this means to you, the landowner. 

Design Professionals:   By using the most modern of technology, we can provide you with data in the format you need, assuring seamless integration.  We might even be a more cost effective alternative than your own crews.  Design support is both a  specialty and a priority.

Lenders:  We can prepare Mortgagee Title Inspections, ALTA Land Title Surveys, Flood Plain Certificates and LOMA'S.  Let's discuss your special needs.   Commercial surveys are a specialty.

Owner Steven S. Brosemer, LS 752, is a Past President (1988 and 1989) and Member of the Board of Directors of the Kansas Society of Land Surveyors .  Steve has been surveying in the area since 1979 and is a regular Presenter at KSLS sponsored Continuing Education Seminars.  In June of 2008, Governor Sebelius appointed Steve to the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions for a four year term as Land Surveyor member.
